Season One of LawPage On Air: How Richard Matthews KC and Jim Meyer created the LawPage tech start-up while still managing their own careers and businesses, why they did it, and what lawyers and barristers and indeed tech start-ups can learn from their experience. It will be in turns insightful, interesting, and occasionally silly, covering every subject from nerdy tech to grand plans going awry.
Richard and Jim are ably assisted by Martin Deeson - yes, he of Loaded, GQ and the Daily Telegraph - and Christina Grzasko - she of 30 years experience getting legal software tech companies to do something worthwhile whilst juggling a second career as broadcaster and sound engineer.

It was a huge decision for Richard Matthews KC to leave an established chambers setup after decades of the traditional approach to life at the Bar. He now practices at Mayfair Place Chambers, powered by LawPage of which he is co-founder, and his sense of freedom, liberation and efficiency have been life-changing.
Jim Meyer too has stepped away from life in a major London law firm to set-up Egan Meyer Solicitors and finally follow his techie heart, becoming co-founder and CTO of LawPage.
This podcast is all about how they did it, why and what lawyers, barristers and tech start-ups can learn from their experience across all aspects of legal tech. En route they are ably assisted by Martin Deeson and Christina Grzasko, who stop them from hogging the mic and forgetting there is a point to all of this.

Richard Matthews KC: Co-Founder and Chairman of LawPage. Regulatory and Corporate Defence Specialist KC and author of legal works. Richard is widely recognised as “the best” health and safety barrister and is regularly instructed in corporate and gross negligence manslaughter cases.
Jim Meyer: Co-Founder and CTO of LawPage. Solicitor who specialises in criminal litigation, defending business crime and serious fraud, health and safety, environmental enforcement, professional discipline, computer crime, information technology for lawyers.
Martin Deeson: Head of LawPage marketing: An award-winning journalist, co-founder of Loaded Magazine, Senior Editor of British GQ and presenter of Planet Celebrity News on VH-1. He is a regular contributor to The Times and The Daily Telegraph. He is, with his wife Antonia, one half of Deeson & Deeson PR Ltd.
